Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Significant changes to promotion policy:

- Amendments to eligibility clauses and

applications to exceptional circumstances have

been updated to reflect changes to organisational

structure with requests going through the Head of

School/Director to the Executive member who makes

a recommendation to the Vice Chancellor.

- Changing Service to Service and Engagement with

an extended definition inclusive of engagement.

- Amendment to Level B committee to replace

Director of Teaching and Learning with a Teaching

and Learning nominee of the Deputy Vice Chancellor


- Some changes to wording to provide clarity.
