Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The policy has been amended to:

- increase clarity around and accountability for particular risk management responsibilities;

- establish clear reporting channels for formal and ad hoc reporting on risk; and

- more clearly articulate the role of key tools in the University's management of risk such as the

Strategic Risk Register, Operational Risk Registers and the Risk Management Action Plan.
